They're homeless...but are they?

I watch the local news for stories about the homeless as well as take snaps of them when I'm out and about. It needs to be documented.  I also care deeply about their welfare; what can I do to help? And what is "help"? So I started posting about it on Facebook and people commented. Those comments, combined with the news stories, gave me an idea. First, I'm not the only one who empathizes with the homeless. I'm not the only one who wants to help. We're all on this planet together. Second, many of those living on the streets consider it home. She wanted to continue grooming dogs but wanted to do it closer to home.  Mariah found a kindred spirit in sister-in-law Christian Thomas, a young mother of four who liked the idea of getting a break from her kids as she helped with the business, earned a little money and learned how to groom dogs. I think most parents understand that motivation.  So they jumped right in. Mariah's original thought was to buy a van, gut it, and make it into a traveling salon, like a food truck. When that became logistically d
